SNOW...AGAIN!?!?!

Two snowy whammy's in one winter, in SC? Unheard of!! But here we are. It's bitter cold outside, and after snowing 6 inches, the sleet started, so now everything is coated in ice. Reminds me of a certain winter in Detriot! But it's so pretty, and quiet and still outside. Other than the bitter cold and the ice cutting my ankles as I stepped through the snow, it's quite a beautiful winter wonderland.

Neither rain nor snow nor sleet nor hail.... wait a minute....Amber's birthday card is still sitting in our mailbox, what's with that mailman!! (sorry Amber, it'g going to be a bit late. Who knows how long it will take to thaw out this town!)

Larry's truck is entirely coated in ice. He won't be getting the key in his door lock any time soon.

The bottom two feet of the slide are filled with snow. Can you see the ice coating on the slide? Wonder how the girls would like slidding down that one!?

It's a wonder our pipes did not burst last night. This is quite an icicle coming out of our hose.

Thanks to food storage, we will have steak soup, cheese toast and powdered milk for dinner tonight even if the power goes out! Boy are we lovin' the south!
